I finally have published some pictures
of our time in Dubai and some of the scenery, our house, and playing
in the rain with the street kids and those at the orphanage school.
Our time truly has been a blessing despite the difficulties and
obstacles we have come across. As we build relationships with the
many that God has brought into our paths, we can rest assured that He
is still faithful and His plans for us have not changed for us and we
breakthrough so much in the spirit and in our own hearts. He is
working and in this I must learn to rest and press into. Setting my
gaze on Him and Him alone and not our circumstances and the thousand
and one imperfections I am finding inside my own heart. Learning to
press into something that feels a million miles away right now, yet I
know is here, working in me and somehow through me. His faithfulness
has not changed, He does not change. Faithful even when we are
faithless; powerful enough to work through our imperfections;
sovereign even when things seem so messed up due to human frailty and
sin. He is teaching me how to rest and stand firm, letting Him
deliver me from something I could not deliver myself from. Delivering
Busia from something no man could ever fix or accomplish. Standing
firm in who He is, in who I am in Him, and the promises that He is
more than able to fulfill despite my inability to see how now. Thank
you so much for the prayers that so many of you have covered us in.
Enjoy the pictures, they can be found in my photo section of blog!
