Hey everyone! I just wanted to let
everyone know what my flight schedule and first few days in Uganda are look
like going to. First off we leave the Harlingen airport at 1:30 p.m. on Monday
for Houston, TX. There we have a 4 hour layover before we leave for Dubai. Our
Dubai flight is a total of 14 hours and 50 minutes, arriving in Dubai at 7:05
p.m. In Dubai, we have a 13 hour lay over and a free hotel! The next morning we
leave at 8:30 for Entebbe, Uganda where we arrive at 2:45 p.m.

    
The minute we arrive we immediately go and buy our bikes (which is our
one and only mode of transportation, everything being to far to walk), a cell
phone to stay in communication with our boss, and our groceries. We than have 2
days to simply recover from jet lag and rest. Our home is located in a compound
and is near the orphanage. We won't have any furniture or beds, but we will
have a kitchen and possibly another room. We will be traveling a lot throughout
Kenya and Tanzania. They would like us to visit all of their 68+ church plants,
but that is not a possibility so we will merely visit as many as we possibly
can. We will also work a lot with the orphanage. Our host family is an American
couple who are, or were, both doctors and who now run the orphanage for Helping
Hands.

    
This is all we know right now and I will be sure to post photos and
information the first chance I get in Uganda. Thanks and please pray for us as
